Audit & Planning
We began with a full audit of the existing custom WooCommerce build to identify features, content, SEO structure, and integrations.
This allowed us to preserve critical functionalities, such as product filtering and detailed ingredient lists, during migration.
We created our standard 136-point roadmap to ensure both our team and Next Karting’s remained on track.
Design & UX
Adopted a clean, clinical visual aesthetic with plenty of white space to reinforce brand quality, professionalism, and trust.
We structured the storefront to make product categories easy to explore and understand.
Platform Migration
We configured a Shopify store tailored to the brand’s identity and technical requirements:
Migrated 100% of product data (SKUs, descriptions, imagery, ingredient information, pricing tiers), categories, customers, coupons etc.
We also carefully migrated SEO setting and ensured re-directs were in place to maintain and grow out SEO performance.
Backend & CMS
We configured the Shopify Admin to allow Next Karting’s team to manage all day-to-day needs without needing to call on their developers. This included easy management of products, variations and homepage content supporting their promotional calendar.
We set up the payment gateway and extended options to include Klarna to support their UK and continental European sales growth.
